Data we process

Contact and booking. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, we process the data you provide (name or pseudonym, phone number, content of the exchange) solely to handle your request and appointment (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest). These exchanges are not used for advertising purposes and are deleted once they are no longer needed for appointment management.

Audience measurement. This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd), which sets cookies and measurement identifiers to produce visit statistics (page views, clicks on call or WhatsApp buttons). Measurement data is kept for a maximum of 14 months. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) processes technical data (IP address, timestamps) required to deliver and secure the website.

Third-party content. Some pages embed third-party content that may receive your IP address when loading: Vimeo videos, Google Maps, Google Fonts, WhatsApp messaging (Meta Platforms Ireland). These services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is only accessible to the publisher and its technical processors (Google, Meta/WhatsApp, Vimeo, Netlify). Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

Discretion is part of our commitments: no client list is published, no named reviews are solicited, and your exchanges with our practitioners remain strictly confidential.
